I love Junior Mints and Peppermint Patties.  As Kramer says they are cool and refreshing.  So when I found this recipe for Mint Truffle Lip Balm in the Willow and Sage Magazine, I had to see if they offer the recipe for free on their website.  I got lucky and found it.
